For what purpose do we process your personal data?
At Associació L'Econau we process the information provided to us by interested parties in order to carry out administrative, accounting and fiscal management (if necessary), as well as to send you communications and information related to the projects and activities we carry out.
How long will we keep your data?
For 5 years or when they are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected or until the interested party requests their deletion.
What is the legitimacy for the processing of your data?
We indicate the legal basis for the processing of your data: Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce; Law 56/2007 of 28 December on Measures to Promote the Information Society; the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the Consolidated Text of the General Consumer and User Protection Law.

What are your rights when you provide us with your data?
Anyone has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not we are processing personal data concerning them at L'Econau Association.
The persons concerned have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, to request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data no longer are necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
In certain circumstances, interested parties may request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case we will only keep them for the exercise or defense of claims.
In certain circumstances and for reasons related to their particular situation, interested parties may object to the processing of their data. In this case, the L'Econau Association will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defense of possible claims.
If you have given your consent for a specific purpose, you have the right to withdraw the consent given at any time, without this affecting the legality of the processing based on the consent prior to its withdrawal.
You can exercise your rights by sending an email or postal mail to the address of the person in charge, indicated in point 1.
In the event that you feel your rights have been violated with regard to the protection of your personal data, especially when you have not obtained a satisfactory response in the exercise of your rights, you may submit a claim to the Control Authority in the matter of Competent Data Protection through its website: www.agpd.es.
How did we get your data?
The personal data that we process at Associació L'Econau comes from the interested party.
The categories of data treated are:
Postal and electronic addresses, no. of telephone.
Identification data of participants in activities or people who are interested in projects or activities that we carry out.
Special categories of personal data are not treated (these are data that reveal ethnic or racial origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical convictions, or trade union affiliation, genetic data, biometric data aimed at uniquely identifying a person physical, data relating to health or data relating to the sex life or sexual orientation of a natural person).
Assignment of image rights
By accepting the assignment of image rights, you authorize that your image may appear in images and videos recorded by the Econau Association during the 2023-2024 period following the provisions of Organic Law 1/1982 that protects the image itself, for to the following uses:
- Website of the entity, social networks (Facebook, Instagram), flyers and promotional videos
- Other external media (media)
