From autumn 2023 we offer our partners (small producers, freelancers, small companies or individuals) who want to transform products from the territory the possibility of sharing the COMMUNITARIAN WORKROOM.
A VEGETABLE, GLUTEN-FREE and CERTIFIED ECOLOGICAL WORKROOM to transform the agricultural production of carob, dried fruit, olives and other crops of the partners into products, increasing their added value and contributing to the profitability of their productions.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
We will install the workroom within a surface of 100 m2: a cooking area, a preparation area, an area for handling and picking orders, a rest area for the workers, a dirty area with a double sink, toilet and shower, an area for show cooking and product display, as well as a 35 m2 loft for individual storage of materials, with a wide door for direct access to the outside. Finally, we present the first members and users of the communitarian workroom and their projects:
